Double Surprise

You might remember my Surprise Visitors post when Kelly and Adrian came to see us in Colorado. What I couldn't tell you then was the reason for their surprise visit.
When Adrian took this shot, instead of telling us to say "CHEESE", he told everyone to say,
"Kelly's Pregnant" and the shocked looks on our faces show how surprised we all were.
(By the way, Grandpa Mark is not in the picture because he was out of town.)
Kelly's due date is April 15, 2010.

A few days later, we got another wonderful surprise.

Mandy, Jeremy and Caleb announced that they too are going to have a baby. Guess when their due date is.....you guessed it, April 15, 2010. As you can imagine, David and I are extremely excited. I have teased both Mandy and Kelly about how much fun it would be to have twins in the family, and now Nana will have the joy of twins in two precious little cousins. As I have said before, "Life is very good!!!"

I am so glad I took a study break to check your blog! I gasped when I read the second exciting news, then got up and jumped around my dorm room a little. I also love how the camera caught similar reactions from you and Mandy. I'm so happy for your happiness!

Congrats on the new editions joining your family soon. No to be nit picky, but you put their due dates as April 15th, 2009, but I would assume that it is 2010, unless y'all are secretly hiding those sweet little baby's away from the world to see. Congrats to Mandy and Kelly both.

That is the best post EVER! I am so excited for everyone! I can't believe they have the exact same due date! (And it is exactly one month after mine--March 15.) There must be something about 15s next year. :-) And I am very excited that Caleb gets to be a big brother.

Wow! Now matching due dates is to cool. But it will be a race to the "finish line" for the girls. And Nana may be torn between two cities at once... :-)Congrats!

Surprise announcements are the very best, and I love the way Kelly and Adrian captured your surprise. It's going to be so fun watching Kelly as a mother and then watching the two cousins grow up together. Miss you...
