To Walk or Not to Walk

My sister is a walker. I am not. Last week when she was here, she inspired me by walking most afternoons in the area where we live. I have decided that I can do it too. This morning I was rewarded by mountain views, Michael W. Smith playing in my earphones, and by this little wildflower.

And when I arrived home, this beautiful pot of mums. Could fall be just around the corner?

I'm hoping that I find a hint of fall in London this trip. I hate to wish away the summer, but a little cool air sounds refreshing. I love the mums!

Yeah for walking, although your outside days might be limited. I found it funny that you even saw the flower because I just couldn't take my eyes off of God's glorious mountains! Love you!

You can see it by clicking the link above. I love wearing it because it reminds me of my roots. I still remember the Bluebonnet Song that I learned in elementary school. Love Present from a Friend

One of my favorite things in the whole wide world is to receive a Love Present . The definition of a Love Present is a gift that someone gives you for no special occasion, but just because. My sweet friend, Claudia, came by the other day with the cutest dishes. She had found them at an antiques store and she said they just looked like me.
