Happy Valentine's Day

 Yes, I am going backwards
in time as I catch up.
Please bear with me.

The table was set and all ready
for the Valentine's Party
with 3 very special little boys
plus an added guest.

The cute blue bags
were for the boys to take
 home their goodies in.

Loved these little vintage
looking plates.  I think they
came from Hobby Lobby.

The cereal boxes were a Pinterest
find and they were a big hit.

What would a Valentine's Party be
without conversation hearts?

Jeremy delivers Aaron and Caleb
to the party.....

and they soon discover the goodies on the table.

Kelly arrives with David.
Notice the snow on the ground.

Caleb is such a good big cousin.
He likes to keep an eye on David.

Sweetie was in town and she made
heart hats for the boys.
Aaron think he is very
handsome.

David's heart hat.

Let's check out how we look.

Making a collage.

Craft time was fun.

Look at my collage.

I made a heart necklace.

Caleb also made a heart bouquet
for his parents.  On the back of each
heart was a job he would do
to help his parents out.
Thanks you Pinterest for another
great idea.

Heart cookie cutter for a grilled cheese sandwich.

There are "jewels" in this heart shaped bowl which
we put in the freezer.  The idea is to melt the heart
and the jewels will be left.  Each time
I have suggested melting
the heart, Caleb vetoes the idea.
It may be in my freezer until he's 18.

I think Sweetie enjoyed making
crafts as much as the little guys did.

Didn't they turn out pretty?

And of course, the cupcakes were a huge hit.

Happy Valentine's Day.
It's never too late for a day
devoted to love.
