Favorite 2010 Valentine's Day Book

This is my favorite Valentine's Day book for 2010. Each animal featured in the book is created using hearts. The book is filled with similes which makes it a teaching tool. And it is just plain cute. The little one in your life just might need this book. I know the little one in my life will get it. (Hope he isn't reading my blog or it won't be a surprise.)

Texas Bluebonnets and Spring are synonymous! What a beautiful display of God's beauty! My friend, Lea, gave me a beautiful silver bluebonnet charm created by James Avery . You can see it by clicking the link above. I love wearing it because it reminds me of my roots. I still remember the Bluebonnet Song that I learned in elementary school. Bluebonnets, Bluebonnets, With your coats so blue Your bright eyes are shining In the morning dew. They say you're a dolly Offered for the rain And Texas wears blue Bluebonnets in the Spring.
