Relax

This sign sits in front of our glass block window. Please note the accumulation of snow on the outside of the window. After a very short time in snow country, I have decided that the best way to enjoy the snow is to RELAX with a good book, a cup of hot cocoa and a warm fireplace.

Your post reminds me of my day today...kids are at pre-school, I am drinking a pumpkin spiced latte, listening to piano Christmas music,watching it snow outside & sewing Christmas stockings...doesn't get any better.

Texas Bluebonnets and Spring are synonymous! What a beautiful display of God's beauty! My friend, Lea, gave me a beautiful silver bluebonnet charm created by James Avery . You can see it by clicking the link above. I love wearing it because it reminds me of my roots. I still remember the Bluebonnet Song that I learned in elementary school. Bluebonnets, Bluebonnets, With your coats so blue Your bright eyes are shining In the morning dew. They say you're a dolly Offered for the rain And Texas wears blue Bluebonnets in the Spring.
