Fine Dining

Thought you might enjoy a view
of the "fine" dining table
after my 3 little grandsons
left my house yesterday.
This green lizard shows up in all kinds
of places. The other day I was relaxing in the
easy chair and looked across the room
thinking I saw a real critter under another
chair in our living room. It was
Green Lizard. I was also cleaning
out a cabinet the other day
and almost jumped out of my skin when
I pulled out a HUGE spider.
I relaxed a little when I discovered
it was plastic.

Texas Bluebonnets and Spring are synonymous! What a beautiful display of God's beauty! My friend, Lea, gave me a beautiful silver bluebonnet charm created by James Avery . You can see it by clicking the link above. I love wearing it because it reminds me of my roots. I still remember the Bluebonnet Song that I learned in elementary school. Bluebonnets, Bluebonnets, With your coats so blue Your bright eyes are shining In the morning dew. They say you're a dolly Offered for the rain And Texas wears blue Bluebonnets in the Spring. One of my favorite things in the whole wide world is to receive a Love Present . The definition of a Love Present is a gift that someone gives you for no special occasion, but just because. My sweet friend, Claudia, came by the other day with the cutest dishes. She had found them at an antiques store and she said they just looked like me. Don't they make a beautiful display in my kitchen bookshelves? Thank you, Claudia, for the dishes, but most of all for the thought behind the Love Present .
