Budding Photographer

Kelly, Adrian and David moved to Colorado
this week. There have been enjoyable times
of unpacking the truck, sitting around and talking,
and all that is involved with moving.
Of course, my camera was out to document this
momentous occasion and Caleb wanted to try it out.
Here are his photographic efforts.
It was interesting to see what a four year old found
picture worthy.
Nana's mantel.
His new bear.
I really like the play of light in this photo.
As Caleb proudly announced, "I am a very good photographer."
A modest one too.
He took 5 pictures of the moving truck.
True little boy--they like their wheels.
Front porch scene.
There were at least 20 pictures of Aunt Kelly and baby David.
Aunt Kelly's shoe.
His one year old brother and cousin.
His hand!
And last, but certainly not least,
the ceiling fan!

What a fun idea for him! Jordan loves for me to video her and then she wants to watch it. I can't record more than about 30 seconds at a time though before she wants to view it!

Guess Kelly and Adrian are staying with you for now??

That's awesome. Pretty good aim for a four year old. That takes some coordination. (Am I allowed to say all of this as his mom?)

What a budding little photographer you have there! So glad you are encouraging that in him, as a mom, that is not something I often take the time to stop and do.

Texas Bluebonnets and Spring are synonymous! What a beautiful display of God's beauty! My friend, Lea, gave me a beautiful silver bluebonnet charm created by James Avery . You can see it by clicking the link above. I love wearing it because it reminds me of my roots. I still remember the Bluebonnet Song that I learned in elementary school. Bluebonnets, Bluebonnets, With your coats so blue Your bright eyes are shining In the morning dew. They say you're a dolly Offered for the rain And Texas wears blue Bluebonnets in the Spring.
