The New Interior Design

You might remember my fall decorating post.
It contained the collection of gourds below.
Well, a new interior designer came to our house the other day.
Hint: He is starting his career at the ripe old age of 3 1/2.
Not sure how to define this new look, but hey, it works in my house.
At least I can be assured that no one else's house has the same decorations
as you can see at the Gibson house.

I'm not sure if I should thank my friend Mindy for letting me know that Kohl's is featuring Skippyjon Jones items in their stores, or whether I should send her the bill for the items I purchased. Texas Bluebonnets and Spring are synonymous! What a beautiful display of God's beauty! My friend, Lea, gave me a beautiful silver bluebonnet charm created by James Avery . You can see it by clicking the link above. I love wearing it because it reminds me of my roots. I still remember the Bluebonnet Song that I learned in elementary school. Bluebonnets, Bluebonnets, With your coats so blue Your bright eyes are shining In the morning dew. They say you're a dolly Offered for the rain And Texas wears blue Bluebonnets in the Spring.
