He Leadeth Me

I wasn't happy with the white bedspread in the Grandchildren's Room, but I didn't really know what I wanted. I'm so glad I waited. Yesterday, I found a quilt top at a local Antique Store. It looks perfect on the bed and I'm sure will provide hours of alphabet "lessons". I can just picture a sweet little lady somewhere lovingly embroidering each picture's letter. When my mom visited Colorado Springs in February, she went to music class with Kelly, David and Aaron. Isn't this just the most priceless picture?  

I think this is my last Catch-Up post. My dear friends Barbie and Sue visited me in February. We had so much fun and they were wonderful guests. Hi Barbie! Can you believe that I have known and loved this lady since we were 9 years old?  I won't tell you how many years that has been but you can do the math. Welcome Sue!  Yes, I am going backwards in time as I catch up. Please bear with me. The table was set and all ready for the Valentine's Party with 3 very special little boys plus an added guest. The cute blue bags were for the boys to take  home their goodies in. Loved these little vintage looking plates.  I think they came from Hobby Lobby. The cereal boxes were a Pinterest find and they were a big hit. What would a Valentine's Party be without conversation hearts? Jeremy delivers Aaron and Caleb to the party..... and they soon discover the goodies on the table. Kelly arrives with David. Notice the snow on the ground. Caleb is such a good big cousin.
